Yahshem Ben-Yisrayl was born on September 9, 1999 to Dwayne Williams and Cedena Neal.
At an early age, Yahshem joined the Temple of Yah in Terry, MS under the leadership of Rabbi Bobby Dixon.
Yahshem graduated from Hazlehurst High School in 2017 where he was a member of JROTC. After graduation Yahshem joined the United States Army in 2018. During his time in the Army Yahshem served in Kuwait. He was Honorably Discharged in September 2023.
Yahshem was proceeded in death by his father, Dwayne Williams; paternal grandparents, Brady & Piccola Williams; maternal grandparents, William Neal, Sr. and Elizabeth Neal.
Yahshem leaves to cherish his memory a loving wife, Consepcion Figueroa; two (2) children, Zephaniah Elias Ben-Yisrayl and Ariella Gaia Bhat-Yisrayl; mother, Cedena Neal; grandmother, Evelyn Martin; two (2) sisters, Takoria Williams and ZaKiya Williams; three (3) brothers, Hashem Ben-Yisrayl, Shmooel Ben-Yisrayl and Mosheh Ben Yisrayl; mother-in-law, Josefina Pozos-Zeoeda; father-in-law, Cesar U Figueroa, Sr.; sister-in-law, Selena Figueroa; brother-in-law, Cesar U Figueroa, Jr.; five (5) nephews, Nehemiah D. Banks, Montez T. Terrell, Jr., K’syn C. Terrell, Akeem D. Ben-Yisrayl, and Jovani C. Dalton; one (1) niece, Cherish Craft. A host of uncles, aunts and cousins.
