Today we gather here as family and friends to celebrate the life of Lakaisha Williams. She was born February 23, 1979 to Annie Pearl Williams and Earnest Lee Davis. She departed this life on Sunday, February 09, 2025 at Copiah Medical Center. 

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, I.V. Sr. and Millie Williams and Walter, Sr and Rosa T. Davis. 

Lakisha graduated from Crystal Springs High School in 1999. Shortly after graduating high school, she developed a passion to care for others in need. Starting at an early age she began her journey in Healthcare as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Sta-Home Health & Hospice. She was known for her vibrant personality and contagious laughter. Kisha would light up any room she entered and left a lasting impression. She brought joy to everyone she encountered, from family, friends and co-workers. Lakisha was currently employed at Wal-Mart Distribution Center in Brookhaven, MS until God called her home. 

Lakaisha leaves to cherish one daughter in which she loved dearly; Shamiya(Amircale) Williams-Edwards of Byram, Ms and one grand-son; Troy Lee Buck, Jr. She also leaves to cherish her devoted mother, Annie Williams of Crystal Springs, Ms and father Earnest L. Davis of Hazlehurst, Ms; one sister, Lashonda Bingham of Byram, Ms; one brother; Kelvin Williams of Crystal Springs, Ms; two nieces; Shuntecka Williams, and Kashayla Williams; three nephews; Quintareous Williams, Octavius Bingham, and Damorria Lilly; three great-nieces and four great-nephews; a very special cousin/son, Sergeio (Mookd) Smith and a special cousin/sister, Debra Hines and a host of other family and friends who she grew close to due to her friendly nature.
