Keith Lamont Beasley Jr., affectionately known as K.J, was born on September 10, 2003, in Mississippi. It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of his passing on October 12, 2023, in Crystal Spring Mississippi.

From a young age, K.J showed remarkable character and determination. He graduated from Heritage Baptist Academy in 2023, leaving behind a legacy of dedication and academic excellence.

K.J embarked on a career at Wal-Mart, where he poured his heart and soul into his work. He was a shining example of hard work and commitment, always willing to go the extra mile for his colleagues and customers alike.

Beyond his professional life, K.J had a zest for living that was unmatched. There was never a dull moment when he was around. His greatest joy came from pursuing hobbies such as fishing, shooting pool, and drag racing. Whether it was the thrill of reeling in a big catch or the adrenaline rush on the race track, K.J found solace and happiness in these moments.

But above all else, K.J treasured time spent with his loved ones. With an infectious smile that could brighten even the dreariest of days, he had an uncanny ability to make everyone feel welcome and loved. To know K.J was to have a loyal friend who would always stand by your side.

His compassionate nature extended beyond human relationships; K.J had a soft spot for animals and would go out of his way to care for them. His kindness knew no bounds.

K.J's passing leaves an immense void in the lives of those who knew him best. He is survived by his beloved father Keith Sr., loving mother Tina, caring sister Kenya, doting grandmothers and grandfathers, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

To honor K.J's memory and celebrate his extraordinary life, visitation will be held at Heritage Funeral Services, LLC in Terry, Mississippi, on October 21, 2023. The visitation will begin at 1:00 PM and conclude at 5:00 PM.

On October 22, 2023, a graveside service will take place at Mt. Wade M.B Church Cemetery in Terry, Mississippi. The service will commence at 2:00 PM.

K.J's departure has left a void that can never be filled, but his spirit and memories will continue to live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him. He will forever be remembered for his warm heart, infectious smile, and unwavering love for life.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to an animal shelter of your choice in honor of K.J's deep affection for animals.

Though our hearts grieve the loss of this remarkable young man, we find solace in knowing that K.J has touched our lives in immeasurable ways. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
